OUR SERVICES & TREATMENTS

Prenatal

From 6 months of pregnancy, we offer a module of 5 themes to prepare you for the birth. The first 4 themes are followed only by future mothers (or couples in individual sessions).

  • The pelvis & the perineum

  • Breathing & pushing

  • The different working positions

  • Gymnastics & prenatal yoga

  • Summary session (also offered as a couple)

Check our page Facebook  for more details as well as session times.

Depending on your needs, you are totally free  to follow one, several or all the sessions.

Each session begins with gentle body awareness exercises, circulatory exercises and stretching postures. They are important because they relieve some pain and make you feel more comfortable during your pregnancy. Certain postures will also be applied during your work.

The session is a good time to share and meet other pregnant women. This is also a great time to ask all your questions.

Comfortable clothing and a pair of socks are recommended.
